SUNDAY NIGHTS, BANANA BLOSSOM, AND WHY FILING ISN’T JUDGMENT
From Banana Blossom Sunday nights to Cleriyo: why 1.5 hours became 10 minutes, and why filing is not judgment.
By Benn Eichhorn · Founder
I built Cleriyo because Sunday nights at Banana Blossom used to disappear into a stack of supplier invoices. An hour and a half of keying became ten minutes of approving once the bills arrived already coded the way we book them.
Hospitality is a credible beachhead because the pain is physical — produce, packaging, weekly suppliers, and no spare staff for AP theatre. The product stays horizontal: any AP-heavy small business can get the same relief.
Filing is not judgment. Getting a PDF into Xero does not finish the job. The thinking — accounts, tax, duplicates, statements — is what Cleriyo takes on so operators get their evenings back.
